How to apply

Online

  2. Fill the Lakshmir Bhandar application with personal, Aadhaar, bank and Swasthya Sathi details
  3. Submit online, or visit a Duare Sarkar camp for assisted offline submission
  4. Track status by logging in with your registered mobile number and OTP

In-person / offline

  1. Visit the nearest Duare Sarkar (govt at your doorstep) camp with documents and submit the physical form for assisted registration

Yes, Swasthya Sathi (WB's health scheme) enrolment is a prerequisite alongside Aadhaar-linked banking.
