How to apply
Online
- Visit the Pudhumai Penn portal (linked from tnsocialwelfare.tn.gov.in, applied via penkalvi.tn.gov.in)
- Register using college/institution details
- Fill personal, academic history (Classes 6-12 school details) and bank account information
- Upload transfer certificate and enrolment proof
- College verifies and forwards the application to the Social Welfare & Women Empowerment Department
- Monthly DBT begins after approval, continuing through the degree/diploma/ITI course
