  1. Find an NGO empanelled by the Ministry of Minority Affairs running a Nai Roshni project in your district (check with the state Minority Welfare Department or the Ministry's list of implementing agencies)
  2. Register for the upcoming training batch with the organisation
  3. Attend the leadership development training camp
