Who’s eligible
Girls 18 years or above at marriage, family annual income below Rs 1.5 lakh, resident of West Bengal for at least 1 year (specific relaxations for SC/ST/OBC).

- Bank passbook (bride's sole-name account with IFSC/MICR)

How to apply
In-person / offline
- Collect the application form free of cost from: the Block Development Officer (BDO) office (rural areas), Sub-Divisional Officer (SDO) office (municipal areas), or Commissioner's/Borough/Ward office (corporation areas) — or download from bsk.wb.gov.in
- Fill in bride, groom, family and bank details
- Attach self-attested photocopies of all required documents
- Submit the completed form to the concerned BDO/SDO/Commissioner's office
- Apply well before the marriage date to allow processing time
- Track status online via the Rupashree 'Status Check 2.0' system at wbrupashree.gov.in
