How to apply
In-person / offline
- Approach the District Women & Child Development Officer, the nearest One Stop Centre, local police, or an NGO running a Shakti Sadan in your district
- Case is assessed and, if eligible, the woman is admitted to the nearest Shakti Sadan facility
- Rehabilitation plan (medical, legal, skill training) is drawn up during the stay
