Who’s eligible

Women aged 21-60 years, resident of Odisha, family not covered by income tax/government service exclusions; one woman per family (Aadhaar-linked bank account mandatory).

How to apply

Online

  1. Visit subhadra.odisha.gov.in
  2. Register with Aadhaar and mobile OTP verification
  3. Fill personal and bank account details
  4. Upload required documents
  5. Submit and note the application/token number for tracking

In-person / offline

  1. Visit the nearest Anganwadi Centre or Mo Seva Kendra with Aadhaar and bank passbook for assisted registration
